Purchasing products online
This website offers the option of secure online joining to become a member of The Motor Caravanners’ Club.
An online store is in development which will provide a range of other products available for members to purchase electronically.
The Motor Caravanners’ Club treats your orders with utmost security. Your order details are normally sent to us across a secure connection that uses a 128 bit certificate. This means that the information is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other than ourselves. You can see that the pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from being http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser.
 
Delivery and Returns
Membership applications are processed within 7 days and you should expect to receive membership cards and pack within 10 days of submitting your online application.
Your membership payment entitles you to 12 months annual membership. This is not refundable if you choose to cancel or return your membership within 12 months.
Store products will be delivered within 4 weeks from ordering. 
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through the online store is of satisfactory quality. Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our online store is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product for cancellations or returns. 
You have a right to cancel or return physical products within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before delivery is processed; please telephone the office immediately.
Some custom personalised products are made to order. Care must be taken when ordering as these items can only be returned if faulty or unfit for purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights.
